Dr. Shivinder Singh Saini joined Petlove Veterinary Hospital in March 2024, bringing with him over a decade of experience and a lifelong passion for animals. A graduate of Guru Angad Dev Veterinary and Animal Sciences University in Ludhiana, Punjab, Dr. Saini began his journey in veterinary medicine in 2010. He relocated to the area in 2022 and has since become a dedicated member of the local pet care community.

For Dr. Saini, the calling to care for animals was never in question—he’s loved pets for as long as he can remember. He is especially moved by the silent bond shared with animals, noting how they ask for nothing but love and give so much in return. One of his greatest joys is witnessing the recovery of a sick pet and seeing their health return with proper care.
Professionally, Dr. Saini is committed to lifelong learning. He actively seeks out new technologies, treatments, and training opportunities to sharpen his diagnostic and clinical skills. His goal is always to provide the most effective, compassionate care for every pet he sees.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Saini enjoys swimming, playing badminton, and spending quality time with his family and friends. Whether at work or at home, his love for animals and commitment to their well-being remains at the heart of everything he does.
Dr. Toor, DVM

Dr. Toor is a veterinarian here at Petlove Veterinary Hospital. He was born and raised in Punjab, India. He graduated in 2010 with a veterinary degree from Punjab Agricultural University, India. After graduation, he completed his ECFVG clinical Program under AVMA guidelines. He is also a member of AVMA and CVMA. He has been married to his beautiful wife since 2013. As said, he likes to spend his free time with his wife and loves outdoor activities. His hobbies include listening to music and travelling. He has great passion and love for animals and looks forward to seeing your furry friends.
